About Mobifit360 Da Nang
Mobifit360 is a compact, multi-floor fitness club at 4–6 Ho Xuan Huong Street, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang. It provides round-the-clock gym access, three air-conditioned training floors and a separate recovery floor. Its current offer combines independent training with bookable personal training, one-to-one boxing, stretching, sauna, cold plunge and InBody measurement. Day passes, prepaid visits and configurable memberships make it usable by both residents and short-stay visitors.
This is a gym, not a clinic or physiotherapy department. Terms such as “therapy stretching”, recovery and nutrition coaching are the provider's fitness-service names; they do not establish medical diagnosis, rehabilitation or dietetic treatment.
Training floors and equipment
The official facilities page describes strength, cardio, boxing and mobility equipment across three air-conditioned floors. The building is compact and vertical, so ask staff where each zone is and whether the equipment needed for your programme is available before buying a longer plan. A day pass covers gym access but does not automatically include sauna, cold plunge or stretching.
New visitors should request help with check-in and unfamiliar machines. Train within existing experience, use collars and safeties where appropriate, and avoid copying an advanced programme without understanding technique or load. Acute injury, chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness or new neurological symptoms require medical assessment rather than coaching.
Day passes and configurable memberships
Mobifit360 sells a day pass, daily prepaid packages and memberships lasting two to 48 weeks. Memberships can be configured by visits per week and check-in window. Published windows include 07:00–16:00, 05:00–20:00 and full 24-hour access; an overnight-only option is handled with assistance. The selected window controls when a member checks in, not necessarily when they must leave.
Prices change with duration, frequency and access window. Use the current configurator and confirm the total before paying instead of treating an example four-week price as universal. Ask about expiry, unused visits, holds, transfers, refunds and whether a used day pass can be credited toward a membership.
Personal training, boxing and stretching
Bookable services include personal training, one-to-one boxing and therapy stretching. Coaching has its own timetable even though the gym is open continuously. Confirm the trainer, language, session length, goals and package total. The site identifies bilingual coaches, but availability varies; request English or Vietnamese explicitly.
Tell the coach about injuries, surgery, pregnancy, medication and exercise restrictions. Stretching delivered in a gym remains a fitness service unless a licensed healthcare professional is separately identified. Persistent pain, loss of function or postoperative rehabilitation should be assessed by an appropriate clinician before strenuous training.
Sauna and cold-plunge bookings
The recovery floor has two saunas and a cold plunge advertised at 5–10°C. Both require booking and are not available automatically at every hour. Membership and prepaid-package benefits differ: sauna allowances and discounted cold-plunge sessions depend on the chosen product and remaining balance.
Heat and cold exposure are not risk-free. Ask a clinician first if you have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, fainting episodes, pregnancy or another relevant condition. Avoid use while intoxicated, dehydrated or acutely ill, and leave immediately if dizzy, confused, breathless or unwell. Do not present either service as treatment for an injury or disease.
InBody scans and nutrition coaching
Active memberships include an InBody scan according to the plan rules, while other packages may offer their own allowance. Bioelectrical-impedance results are estimates affected by hydration, food, recent exercise and timing. Compare measurements under similar conditions and avoid interpreting a single reading as a medical diagnosis.
Nutrition coaching is also advertised. Ask about the coach's qualifications and the scope of advice. Diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders, pregnancy, severe allergies and other clinical needs belong with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional; a gym meal plan should not replace medical nutrition care.
Towels, lockers and member-app access
The provider lists towels and electronic-key lockers among member benefits. Check which towel allowance belongs to the purchased product and do not leave valuables unsecured. Members normally check in through the Mobifit360 app by scanning a QR code at reception; staff can help if the account or package does not appear.
The official site does not verify showers as a structured facility, so that Google-derived label has been removed. Ask directly about changing, shower and accessibility arrangements if they affect your visit, especially because training and recovery areas occupy several floors.
Open 24 hours does not mean every service is available
Principal gym access and on-site staffing are normally 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Trainer sessions, sauna, cold plunge and other bookings follow separate availability. Temporary closures can override normal access. The public hotline and website voice tool are answered by an AI assistant, not automatically by a person; request a team member or speak to on-site staff when needed.
The main number is +84 28 7309 1726 and email is info@mobifit360.com. A message or call does not itself confirm a booking. Wait for confirmation showing the service, time and price.
Practical advice for travellers
Bring training shoes, suitable clothing, water and identification or account details needed for check-in. Confirm the pass validity, entry window and recovery inclusions before travelling across Da Nang. Online card payments are processed through the provider's payment service; request a VAT invoice at purchase if required.
For alternatives, see our guide to gyms in Da Nang. Compare access hours, equipment, day-pass terms, coaching language and recovery-booking rules rather than ratings alone. Mobifit360's 24-hour access is useful, but the right choice depends on the actual service and time you need.
